This policy is issued at the purpose of protecting every distributer on price, products and making an orderly and sustainable development of the markets.
- Distributors should reach selling amount of 500pcs/month in the third month of cooperation. Then they are named as qualified distributers. Qiangsheng will keep 36 final qualified distributers, which can sell at least 1500 pcs per month.
- The selling target of East India is 10000Pcs/Month in the year of 2015, after reaching this target Qiangsheng will not start with new distributers. In order to leave enough space for the exist distributers boost sales amount.
- Any distributer who can reach the selling amount of 1000sets, Qianghseng will issue them a unique model (supply to this distributer only), which can help reduce the price competition between the distributers.
- All the Distributers are not allowed to produce the same or duplicated model in India.
- 30% TT prepayment should be made; the production time for each order will be 15 days. The balance should be made TT before loading the container.
- Minimum order quantity should be 105pcs.
- The sell price of every distributer should be logical，and kinds of cut-throat competition is not allowed.
- Any dealers that are taking products from distributers, Qiangsheng will not supply to them.
